He has acted for numerous businesses, principally in the SME sectors, in relation to the full scope of their legal requirements.

Paul brings a rounded approach to businesses issues, drawing on his experience and technical knowledge in the areas of companies, partnerships, shares sales and purchases, employment, pensions, information technology, commercial agreements, banking and finance, intellectual property and general regulatory matters.

Paul McMahon is also practising Chartered Tax Advisor and has qualifications in finance which has enabled him to bring a broad commercial perspective to transactional and advisory work. He has a particular interest in and understanding of finance and economics. He works with financial accounts, management accounts,  budgets and undertake tax returns on an ongoing basis.

Paul has advised on and undertaken numerous transactions in many sectors, including;
